NWT - New with tags, never washed or worn; no flaws

NWOT - New without tags, never washed or worn; no flaws

LIKE NEW - Appears new, no signs of wear; washed and possible worn; no flaws

EXCELLENT - Previously worn, with only very slight wash wear; no flaws

VERY GOOD - Previously worn with moderate wash wear/fade, but no visible flaws

GOOD/PLAY - Previously worn with minor visible flaw(s), and/or significant wash wear/fade

FAIR - Previously worn with significant visible flaw(s), and/or heavy wash wear/fade

POOR - Not wearable, has severe flaws/damage, but with desirable useable elements
*Flaws may include spots, stains, holes, tears, fabric irregularities, or problems with buttons, zippers, snaps, etc. 
Shopping Visits
Are you open to the public? Can I just show up and shop?
Anderson Warehouse is now open to the public Monday - Fridays from 11am to 5pm. Appointments are no longer required. Our ROW DTLA location is open Monday - Friday 12pm to 7pm, Saturday & Sunday 11am to 6pm.
Can I bring friends to shop with me?
Do I have to wear a mask or have my temperature taken before shopping?
We adhere to any current LA County mask mandates.
Can I try on clothes? 
Is hand sanitizer provided? Are masks available if I forget mine? 
Hand sanitizer is provided! Unfortunately, we will not have spare masks on hand, so please don't forget yours!
Are public restrooms available? 
Public restrooms are not available, so please handle your business before arriving!
What are the accepted forms of payment? 
Credit card and electronic payment (Venmo, PayPal, & Zelle only) are accepted.

US Domestic
All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service. All US domestic orders of $50 or more receive free shipping. Standard shipping rates apply to all US domestic orders less than $50.

All international orders are shipped via United States Postal Service or Fedex. The international shipping rates vary. Please contact us to find out the shipping rate for your particular country. Please allow up to 48 hours for order processing and payment verification, and an additional 5-7 business days for delivery. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. All shipments are insured and the buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier. Please check back with us periodically for any updates regarding our shipping policies.

Sales Tax
Sales tax is charged to those orders shipped within the state of California. Sales tax may be charged to orders shipped outside the state of California depending on the recipient state. 

How much does shipping cost? 
US domestic orders of $50 or more receive free shipping. Standard shipping rates apply to US domestic orders less than $50. International rates vary. All orders are shipped via USPS or DHL.

When will my order arrive? 
Please allow up to 48 hours for order processing and payment verification, and an additional 2-3 business days for delivery of US domestic orders. International orders take 5-7 business days for delivery.

I changed my mind. Can I get a refund or make an exchange? 
We do not accept returns or refunds, credits, or exchanges. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order prior to finalizing your purchase.

Can my order be shipped to any address?

Does all of the clothing on fit ‘TRUE TO SIZE’?
Considering that our products are vintage, please keep in mind that sizes may vary per piece regardless of size indicated. Please feel free to email us at with any questions regarding sizes and/or measurements. Measurements for all garments are provided.
